Andrew,the one i smoked on sunday ,contained Anejo wrapper leaf as filler.Wish i had more.

I have a cigar that looks exactly what you are describing. It is an ISOM partagas cigar. The story i got is that it is from a special anniversary humidor, and it has a black band with gold lettering. Not sure if its authentic, but sounds exactly like the specs you just described, right down to the "flower" on top of it

Yeah that's a fairly rare Partagas if it is authentic. I actually was looking into buying those some years ago.
