Default Cuban Rounds - February 5, 2008, 01:19 AM

This cigar was at a tobacco store. Anybody know if it is good? The cigar was called "Cuban Rounds" the taste of Havana. The wrapper had the same color as a Cohiba.

It seems like the more a cigar maker claims their cigar tastes like a cuban, the worse it is.

LOL...I meant the ring. Its black yellow and white. It just looked like to a one of those "wanna-be" cigars and was hoping one of you guys would know? Now this store is a tobacco store but all his brand of cigars are few and I don't recognize. He sells knives, bowls, bongs and stuff like that too so its not a focused cigar store.

His 'other' merchandise makes it a VERY questionable cigar source.

On the other hand, it's always good to have another place to buy a bowl...

Cuban Rounds are made for Phillps and King. They are a short fill. Not bad for a yardgar.

Yes Cuban Rounds are a fine inexpensive cigar. I carry them in my sadlebag humidor on my motorcycle for regular smoking. I save the more expensive cigars for special ocasions or realy bad days haha. I personaly like their marduro rubusto. they cost about $60.00 for 50. Like the other guy said a great Yardgar...

These cigars are cheap...$2.75 for a Robusto here in New Hampshire. I probably have over 50 DIFFERENT brands/types of cigars in my humidor right now. If I had to guess I would say the average price is in the $7-$8 range. My point is that for $2.75 this is a dam fine stick. It's no Rocky Patel Decade but it is an excellent choice for something quick or even an everyday smoke. Give it a try for sure!
